    Hi Glenn,

    Was the bony spicule loose enough that you just flicked it out and smooth the edge off, or did you actually have to resect it with the laser and then smooth it?

    Great documentation again. Thanks for sharing.

    Hi Andrew: didnt notice your reply…

    The bony spicule was loose but not that loose as only a corner was peaking through the tissue and the piece was much bigger than that.

    I had to go back and smooth off the bone afterwards with the laser.

    Can you imagine how tough it was to get photos and to work in this area with a tongue that was strong and sore from the ulceration. It wasnt easy.
