    Hello everyone,

I really haven’t wanted to toot a horn, but have gotten so many phone calls and emails that I figured it was time to “come out of the closet”.  Dr. Bob Barr and I are doing a Waterlase Training course, every month, if not bi-monthly, as demand dictates. We limit the course to 12 students so we can give the best one on one teaching possible, of everything we can teach, so the courses fill up fast.

The course consists of  2 and 1/2 days of intense training on just about everything the Waterlase can do. We do hands on with extracted teeth, and have found this course to be very valuable for the new user, and the frustrated longer time user who might need to learn some tricks. In addition, the course includes WCLI Standard Certification, and ALD Standard Certification in the Er,Cr: YSGG wavelength, and 16 hours of C.E. credit. (Dr. Barr holds Educator Status with the ALD). Our next course in Las Vegas this month in December is already full, January 16-17 will be in San Fransisco.  If anyone is interested, you can contact, lisa@waterlasetraining.com, for more information.

I also recommend for those who have taken our course to continue, after working on patients in your office, to consider the next phase of learning with Dr. Stewart Rosenberg…with LIVE patients, to further your skills in microdentistry, and knowlege of how the Waterlase works. It’s a great course Stu puts on!  There you have it…

Now Mark, you make sure that you take some of those hard earned profits and stick it away for that scope you are getting.

I would hate for Kimmel to beat you to the punch, and the ability to show live real time video of your cases is a better teaching tool than any still photos…..

Ask Paul or Andrew who were there on the weekend to see me chopping up pigs teeth ( they have tons of calculus)…..no flossing or brushing for the piggies.

Mark can you give us an update on the course. Do you have a schedule and location of the course?

    Hey Tim,
Lisa will know what’s up probably today or tomorrow. I think she is talking with the Hyatt near the airport. I know she will let you know as soon as she finds out, she is great that way. I look forward to seeing you!

    Thanks Mark!

BTW, I had opportunity to speak to someone in your office the other day and I must say they were a delight to speak with. Cannot remember who it was but if all of your staff members are that nice its no wonder you do so well. Just thought you might like to know that as we ususally hear the bad more than the good……..

We met briefly at the WLCI in New Jersey in ’03 and I too look forward to visiting with you and Bob.
