    Are there any dentists who use Cerec and Erbium laser at their practice,and if so how do they complement each other?

    hello Mickey:
    I use cerec and Er in my office. I work with both. Now I could not work without them (and other toys). Cerec and Erbium are essential complements for my work.
    There is many users of laser and cerec, although they have not responded here.

    Mickey,

    I am working through the posts one by one and kinda got to your cerec post just now. I do use Cerec since 94 and I am beta-testing the new s/w. I have just recently removed my first composite filling with Er/Yag (I own Er/Yag, CO² and Diode) and replaced it with a Cerec inlay- no biggie. What I am waiting for is to prep a crown or a veneer in the near future. I have been very busy in learning more about lasers and went to two different laser meetings, on at Leipzig and one at Munic. I plan to attend  the ALD meeting in New Orleans and take the proficiency test. What is your status and your plans? Keep me posted.
