    David,

You need to present a few cases, 2-3, and be able to discuss them without much proctoring. Real easy for you, you already know all this stuff….website above to guide you. Call me if you have any questions!! Come to Montana dude!! No Beavers here!;)

Hey Mark, At one time I think they were considering this but will they recognize my ALD Adv. Proficiency or do I have to go thru all the presentation stuff again?

    Ron,

I am up to finish my Adv. Prof. with the ALD this coming year (did not make the last meeting–niece’s wedding). Any help would be appreciated. I am left with presentations for the Er,cr:YSGG and Nd;YAG pulsed.

Was thinking about the Fellowship thing, but am getting tired of chasing the “letters”.

Sam, just let me know what you need- my write- ups or someone to review yours.

    Here’s links to my writeups-

You might want to compare these writeups to what was edited by Don Coluzzi for publication in Wavelengths to see what I missed in the write-up part.

Just beware, according to someone with ‘inside’ connections, I almost didn’t get thru this because someone who had never done a laser crown prep didn’t believe I did it at the parameters I used. I won’t comment any further on that other than to help you know what you might expect and to offer best wishes on completing this.

If you have questions, let me know,
    Ron

Ok, manged to pass the fellow stuff and now off to the master..
Ron, Just redo your cover page and present the cases you already have..
The stress levels are much lower.
The written has some questions that need to be replaced. If you don’t think they are easy….
