Glenn van AsSpectatorI have asked Ron to put the photos (actually uploaded to his server twice back into the post, because due to password issues they werent posted with the original thread)……I hate to upload them again.
If he doesnt do it in a day or two I will put them on the post again.

Glenn van AsSpectatorSimple case folks, just to show that if you measure the attached tissue and have enough, are in a hurry, that you can get a bracket on orthodontically that is close to ideal positioning (I may need to place it on a little more gingival in 2 mos or so).
I did this because the patient needs Class 2 elastics and growth is running out on their Hand wrist film so there was some urgency to get the bracket in place.
Used a chisel tip with topical (EMLA) and this worked great but remember to remain in attached tissue or risk requiring a graft. If more tissue needs to be reflected than a flap should be raised . My decision is to replace the bracket once if the tooth requires it once the tooth is visible partially as it was here.

whitertthSpectatorDRK Liquid is a liquid topical , comes in Gel as well….that works great… Whites pharmacy in Louisanna sells it…Dog Boudreaux is the pharmacist…( I have no financial interest in it)…iT WORKS GREAT…
Similar to what Dave recommended but it only has 10% lidocaine…studies show it is no more efficaceous at 20% than 10 but systemic affects are possible with 20% lido….DRK comes in three flavors cherry, mint and chocolate….Try it you will love it…(Edited by whitertth at 11:16 pm on Mar. 23, 2005)

AnonymousSpectatorGlenn, I deleted the images from the server. I think the problem was the names of the images. Can’t have any _ or spaces. Go ahead and respond to your own post and upload the images again with names not having _ or any spaces.
thanks!

adelddsSpectatorI must say that DRK liquid is amazing. I bought it about a month ago. I have used it to do frenectomies after leaving it there for 5 minutes. This is a must have!!!

Lee AllenSpectatorHi Janet,
Good to hear from you again. I will miss the meeting, too. We all had a great time last year and it will be difficult to miss out.

2thlaserSpectatorDavid,
I think it’s the Canadian version of photos, eh?…Glenn, you just get better ok? Don’t worry about the photos, we can see them in our minds eye! Just kidding of course. We really just want our Glenn back online and in living color. Really, no one posts as well as you do. Thanks for the sharing!

Dan MelkerSpectatorBeautiful result. Just a question? Do you see any relapse?
Thanks,
Danny
BenchwmerSpectatorDan,
Looked good in the mouth. On Kodachrome looks like we could be losing some ground. No inflamation. Might just be the angulation vs. the 6-month pix. Will see over time.
Thanks.
